Workout for the Day [Aug 18, 2014]

Walked home from my connecting subway station today. Not to bad of a walk, under 5k. I wore my HR monitor since I knew the app I used (Runkeeper) would be off. Sadly my watched stopped while I was walking so when I restarted it not sure how many calories I burned. By the time I got home I was at 500. So I assume I burned 6-750 calories today.

Runkeeper is a pretty cool app, tracks your km or mileage and it speaks to you to keep you updated. There’s another app that’s also supposed to be good called Endomondo so I’ll try that net time.
